Process flow:
Feeding - up and down on both sides of the ultrasonic Seraing-ultrasonic composite to the lower level embossing, composite molding - cut - three consecutive horizontally folded in half to docking packaging machine, sealing and cutting finished out
1 .frame is made of high quality GB steel plate welding body frame, high stability, antirust treatment and surface is made of stainless steel cladding.
2. The drive system: the equipment is made of high quality conveyor belt, positive internal transmission part adopts servo motor drive, synchronous wheel and synchronous belt with high precision.
3. Raw material shelf: the European standard aluminum assembling, high stability, material rack configuration constant tension control and manual correction system.
4. Package edge device: is made of stainless steel plate folding forming, folding flexible adjustable size.
5. Cut off the device: made to cut off the high-quality steel mold, cut off the smooth mouth, mould and durable. Servo control system is adopted, the cutting size error is less than 3mm, and the deflection of the heat seal width after cutting is less than 5mm.
6. Ultrasonic welding, high precision round wheel ultrasonic welding. Longitudinal ultrasonic roller left and right position can be adjusted, using manual slide type adjustment, can adapt to different width of the product.
7. Quality control may not produce the secondary damage of materials in the process of folding, stretch, and other functions or performance shall not produce the dirt in the manufacturing process of fracture or place into the foreign body, especially the oil pollution.
