Product Description

Two rolls of raw material winding → hot press composite → ultrasonic welding binding → lengthwise folding → die cutting → lengthwise folding → cutting → one third folding → Hot wheel sheet
 

1. Rack: Modular rack with fixed standard dimensions. The wall panels of the frame are clad in stainless steel. The production process is advanced and reasonable, the base level of the wall panel is smooth, not easy to deformation, and the stainless steel coating treatment is welded with the steel frame.
2. Transmission system: the conveyor belt is arranged in the direction of the machine, and the servo motor is used to drive the high-precision synchronous wheel.
3. Material unwinding frame: high precision servo control material tension, manual correction.
4. Hot pressing composite: The use of hot pressing rolls to press the toilet paper and PE film.
5. Longitudinal folding device: self-made folding molding. Meet the multi-layer folding mode.
6. Cutting device: This device rotates the cutting tool and the anvil (integral anvil), the material design length is cut off, driven by a servo motor, the cutting length error of the product does not exceed ±3MM
7. Finished product lateral folding device: This device is used for the horizontal folding of the 
8. product for 3 consecutive times, transmitted by the servo motor, and automatically adjust the phase.
9. Quality control: The folding process shall not cause secondary damage to the material, stretching and other functional or performance damage. There should be no dirt or foreign object in the process, especially oil.
10. Product output: Hot wheel rows neatly, points output.
