Details

Process Flow

1. Raw Material Unwinding

 Raw materials (polyester nonwoven) are placed on the dual-path material (made of European standard aluminum profiles). The material is equipped with constant tension control and manual deviation correction systems to ensure stable and aligned unwinding of the materials.

2. Two-Layer Material Lamination

The two layers of unwound nonwoven materials are combined together to form the basic structure of the glove. 

3. Ultrasonic Arc Sealing

 The laminated materials pass through the ultrasonic mold sealing device. This device ensures clear and firm edge sealing, which is beneficial for improving production speed while guaranteeing the quality of the glove edges.

4. Ultrasonic Arc Cutting & Forming

 Driven by a servo motor, the roller-cut arc knife mold (made of high-quality steel) cuts the sealed materials into individual glove shapes. The cutting edge is flat and fits well with the sealed edge, and the mold is durable.

5. Longitudinal Folding

The formed gloves undergo longitudinal folding, with both sides folding inward according to the set specifications.

6. Transverse Folding

 After longitudinal folding, the gloves are transversely folded into one-third of their original length, completing the folding process as required.

7. Finished Product Output

 The folded gloves are conveyed to the product output platform, which is driven by a servo motor. The platform has batch prompting and stepping functions (the distance between batch products is increased to facilitate subsequent packaging and counting), and finally, the finished gloves are output.
