Product Description
- Crushing molding part: Using high-precision saw blade crusher, can crush untreated pulp and fully treated pulp. The wood pulp is fed by pneumatic lifting, and the feed amount of the wood pulp is controlled by frequency conversion and matched with the speed of the main engine. The polymer is applied quantitatively by servo control, and the applied transverse dimension is adjustable.
- Raw material unwinding part: upper and lower toilet paper, non-woven fabric and bottom film are each configured with two rolls of material rack, using active servo control unwinding, tension automatic and accurate adjustment.
- The main part of the equipment: the whole frame of the equipment is welded with 100 standard square tubes, and the wall panel is made of steel plate with a thickness of more than 15 mm. The entire machine adopts high precision servo motor and variable frequency motor hybrid drive, except for the box and the wind box of the cotton core part, the other parts are servo drive.
- Main box part: cotton core flattening box and pressing mesh box each set (frequency conversion motor drive); A set of cotton core cutting box (3KW servo drive, cutting accurate and stable); A set of three-roll traction box (servo motor drive, can accurately adjust the tension requirements of longitudinal coating); A set of finished cutting box (servo drive, cutting length position accurate and stable); Waste removal device (using manual button signal, programmed to output waste from the waste channel to the waste box); The transverse folding part of the finished product (servo drive, transverse folding in half, can accurately adjust the folding position); The finished product arrangement part (adopts large size hot wheel arrangement mechanism, with servo drive, so that the products are arranged neatly, and the count is accurate); Finished product conveyor (table length is not less than 1.8 meters, the use of frequency conversion electrical drive, and the speed of the main engine match).
- Air duct and air duct part: The main air duct of the equipment is made of iron pipe to ensure the stability of the air duct and eliminate static electricity, and the branch air duct is made of PVC or steel wire hose with regulating valves. The main gas path of the whole machine adopts steel gas pipe, and is equipped with air source processing components to ensure the dry and clean air source.
- Electrical parts: high-precision servo motor drive, each component speed program real-time tracking adjustment. Adopt large man-machine interface, multi-parameter real-time adjustable. The heating part of the equipment adopts mercury conductive ring and is equipped with high precision temperature controller.
