1. Rack:
Modular frame with fixed standard dimensions. The wall panels of the frame are clad in stainless steel. The production process is advanced and reasonable, the base level of the wall panel is smooth, not easy to deformation, and the stainless steel coating treatment is welded with the steel frame.
2. Transmission system:
The conveyor belt is arranged in the direction of the machine, and the servo motor and high precision synchronous wheel drive are adopted in the back.
3. Material unwinding rack:
High precision servo control material tension, automatic correction.
4. Storage device:
The special storage device is used to continuously discharge materials during the cutting process in the last step to ensure the efficiency of the whole machine.
5. Lab device:
Use pneumatic clamp to hold material to specified length and release reciprocating.
6. Cutting device:
The material is cut and formed with a large, wide cold cutting knife, and the cutting length error is not more than 3mm.
Finished product stack:
The finished product falls on the automatic lifting feeder, which drops a little and advances forward every time a certain number is connected, facilitating the number of pieces while maintaining a neat stack.
8. Quality control:
The folding process shall not cause secondary damage to the material, stretching and other functional or performance damage.
There should be no dirt or foreign object in the process, especially oil.
9. Control system:
All parameters of the production process are controlled by the PLC program, including the cutting length, the number of stacks.
